The full in-house chain—from wire drawing to final packing—ensures material consistency batch after batch. Stainless steel or other special grades can be considered when corrosive environments demand them; availability is checked against the specific size and finish required.

Free samples are provided so the material, finish and workmanship can be examined before any bulk decision. The courier fee is paid by the buyer and can later be deducted from the order value. Delivery generally takes 15 to 30 days after receiving the advance payment or L/C, depending on order quantity and the specific products. 20–75 tons takes 20 working days;

At Dabao Hardware, payment security is as important as product quality for overseas buyers. We offer flexible yet secure payment structures suited to different trade terms.

Under FOB terms, a 30% deposit is required in advance to start production, with the balance paid before loading so you remain in control of the goods.

Under CNF or CIF terms, the balance can be settled against a copy of the Bill of Lading or by irrevocable sight L/C, protecting both parties during shipment.

For long-term cooperative customers who have built trust through multiple orders, we accept a reduced 20% deposit. We also support T/T and other methods for sample or small orders. Please share your preferred terms, and we will arrange the safest solution for both sides.
