Our professional sales team replies rapidly, sorts out your demand details and provides targeted product matching suggestions based on wooden pallet, timber house, roofing and furniture industry usage.

We issue formal quotation listing specifications, unit price, trade term, MOQ, production lead time and packing standard. If samples are needed, we arrange sample production quickly with Q195 steel raw materials; after you receive and test samples, we adjust parameters according to your feedback until full confirmation.

After price and sample approval, we issue Proforma Invoice as formal order contract, clearly recording product details, quality standards, payment terms and delivery schedule. Before mass production, our technical team rechecks size, galvanizing process and collating mode (plastic strip / wire coil) to avoid production deviation.

Our 5,500㎡ automated workshop starts production with complete wire drawing, nail forming and galvanizing equipment. Strict QC inspection runs through every procedure: raw material inspection, semi-finished size test, anti-rust coating detection, finished product hardness & tensile test. We send production photos/videos regularly to update progress for clients.

Before shipment, finished goods will undergo full batch inspection. We support third-party inspection if required. Products are packed in standard export cartons or wooden cases as requested, with customizable labels and marks.

We arrange sea/land transportation according to agreed schedule, track vessel status in real time and forward full set of export documents including commercial invoice, packing list and quality certificate after shipment.

After goods arrive at destination port, we follow up cargo receiving status and solve any quality or usage problems promptly. We keep long-term communication, notify clients of new product updates, machinery upgrade information and Canton Fair schedules, and provide stable supply support for repeat orders all year round.
