Delivery generally takes 15 to 30 days after receiving the advance payment or L/C, depending on order quantity and the specific products. Our main loading ports are Qingdao Port and Xingang (Tianjin), both well connected to major shipping routes worldwide. The factory is located in Linyi, close to these ports, so loading can be arranged efficiently and the risk of shipment delays is reduced.

With a 15000 m² facility operating more than 200 machines and an annual capacity exceeding 15000 tons, production slots are planned in advance to maintain reliable schedules even during peak seasons. We support FOB, CIF, CFR and other trade terms. The full in-house chain—from wire drawing through packing—plus assistance with export documents, booking and customs clearance keeps the entire shipping process smooth for buyers in over 50 countries.

Our production lead time at Dabao Hardware starts from the date we receive your deposit and is structured by order volume:

5–25 tons takes 15 working days;

20–75 tons takes 20 working days;

75–270 tons takes 30 working days.

We keep this schedule strictly. Our factory arranges production slots in advance to avoid delays during peak seasons. If you have an urgent project, inform us at the enquiry stage and we will do our best to prioritize your order. A promised delivery date is a commitment we honor.

At Dabao Hardware, payment security is as important as product quality for overseas buyers. We offer flexible yet secure payment structures suited to different trade terms.

Under FOB terms, a 30% deposit is required in advance to start production, with the balance paid before loading so you remain in control of the goods.

Under CNF or CIF terms, the balance can be settled against a copy of the Bill of Lading or by irrevocable sight L/C, protecting both parties during shipment.

For long-term cooperative customers who have built trust through multiple orders, we accept a reduced 20% deposit. We also support T/T and other methods for sample or small orders. Please share your preferred terms, and we will arrange the safest solution for both sides.
