How do you control quality?

Dabao Hardware maintains a complete quality control process covering incoming raw material inspection, in-process checking during production, and final inspection before packing and shipment. Among these, in-process inspection includes semi-finished size testing, anti-rust coating checks, and hardness plus tensile-strength testing of the finished nails. Wire diameter, nail length, head shape, shank type and surface treatment are checked one by one so every carton meets the requirement. Every batch is fully inspected to ensure consistency in dimensions, hardness and anti-rust performance. Production photos and videos are regularly sent so customers can follow progress in real time. Third-party inspection can be arranged if extra assurance is needed. If any problem is found in our products, we replace the goods at our cost.
