A1: We accept the following payment structures:
FOB Terms: 30% deposit in advance, balance paid before loading.
CNF / CIF Terms: 30% deposit in advance, balance paid against a copy of B/L or by irrevocable sight L/C.
Note: For long-term cooperative customers, a 20% deposit may be accepted.

A2: Production time is calculated from the date we receive your deposit:
5 – 25 tons: 15 working days
20 – 75 tons: 20 working days
75 – 270 tons: 30 working days

A3: Generally, delivery takes 15 to 30 days after receiving the advance payment or L/C.

A4: Our MOQ is usually 2 tons per item. Free samples are available; however, the courier fee is to be paid by the buyer and can be deducted from future orders.
