The main materials are Q195 and Q235 low-carbon steel wire, chosen for a practical balance of strength, toughness and driving performance. Some products are also made from iron wire. Low-carbon steel delivers reliable hardness while remaining easy to drive without splitting timber. These grades appear consistently across the coil, screw and roofing nail ranges. The full in-house chain—from wire drawing to final packing—ensures material consistency batch after batch. Stainless steel or other special grades can be considered when corrosive environments demand them; availability is checked against the specific size and finish required.
